How to use QuickMatch to search for the perfect worker.
To get started:
If you have received a list of workers from Marin CIL or West Marin
Senior Services already, you can look up a worker by typing in their First and
Last Name exactly as it appears on the list we sent you. If we have two
people with the same name, we will may have a John Smith-1 and a John Smith-2. If we can use a middle initial, it could appear as John H. Smith and
a John V Smith.
We suggest you start with the basics.
The more detail your in search, the fewer results will be found. If
you need help, please call Marin CIL for free on line support, 459-6245 ext. 24
1)
They must be willing to work for what you
pay. If you enter $15.00 an hour, this will look for workers who will
work for $15.00 an hour or LESS. We figure that if someone will work for
$10.00 and hour, they will work for $15.00.
2)
Enter the city you live in. If they have
already said they won’t travel to your homes location, lets weed them out from
here.

can’t list them all. But find the one that best describes your
disability. If they must have experience with your disability, click on
Exp for experience. If you are willing to train them, click on
Will. If experience does not matter, stick with the top three selection
criteria’s.

On the bottom of the page click on the Search button and view the
results of your search.
Click on Resume to see the workers Resume, see a picture of the
worker and listen to an introduction by the worker.

You can always come back and search on more or less choices.

After you do your search, you have two selections
of choices for reports, a short report that only list basic contact information
and a Long report which is a resume of the worker. To save on paper, we
suggest you first print out the short report, then look up each you are
interested in by ID number. If, after reading their resume and watching
the video of a worker you are interested, you can print out their resume.
On the left you will find the following search filters. As you
